Project Turn Around


Over the years, High Peak has developed expertise in the assessment of an existing asset and creating turn around strategies in order to reposition and maximise the value of a property. Property turn arounds have ranged from planning to convert a derelict shopping centre in dire straits to a multi-use development containing residential, office and retail components. Another example of a project turn around is the creation of a redevelopment strategy for an underperforming shopping centre and attracting the appropriate tenants to meet the demands of the local market to make the property a dominant shopping centre in the area.
